Are you joking ? Who will miss the chance to buy "Windows 8" before they buy "Windows 9.0" ?
If you buy "Windows 9.0" and you don´t buy "Windows 8" then you loose your right to say how awfull "Windows 8" is and you wish that you just had waited to buy "Windows 9.0"... hahaha
BTW. it´s many many many years ago that "Windows" had decimal numbers. The lastest version with written decimal numbers in the title is "Windows NT 4.0" and is from 1996 July 29 (Wikipedia).
